Full Moon Wellness Day - WeShred x NOW Power Yoga

Join us for a magical Sunday celebrating the Full Moon with a sweaty fun class together + a vision board party to manifest your dreams for 2023.

Great for all levels, all gender, all ages! If modifications are needed, please arrive on time at 11:30am so Erica can accommodate.

• Movement & Music: Fun HIIT / Weights / Dance / Yoga (option to grab weights) Class with playlist mix of soulful yoga, hip hop, the oldies, disco and the best of 2022 new songs led by @EricaStenz at Susan Hauser's Now Power Yoga, Marin
• Mindset: Meditation Session and Vision Board Creation

Wellness Retreat Day Itinerary:

11:30am: Arrive to Now Power Yoga, Marin & enjoy WeShred coffee, espresso or tea

12pm-1pm: Special Fun Movement Class led by Erica Stenz

1pm: Sound Bath Healing + "Manifest Your Dreams" Meditation

1:20pm - 3:20pm: Lunch + Vision Boards led by Erica Stenz

3:20pm - 3:30pm: Raffle Prizes from female founded local business Dr Zand Dermatology + ReHarvest + some of Erica's favorite brands including Alo Yoga, Hilma & more

What to Wear:

• Workout clothes (you might want to grab another comfy yoga / workout outfit for the lunch & vision boards)

What to Bring:

• Please bring a yoga mat, water, a pair of scissors and your amazing energy, we have everything else covered!

Directions & Parking:

• It a ~25-minute drive if you are heading on the US-101 North from San Francisco, take the "Lucky Dr" exit, take a right on "Redwood Hwy" right on "Wornun Dr" and then left on "Tamal Vista Blvd".
• Parking is easy and free in THE MARKETPLACE marin shopping center.
• Head straight back & center and you'll see the NOW sign next to the book store.
